Safety, Quality, Reliability and Experience.  It is no coincidence that Safety is the first word in our company logo.  The management, staff and employees of MWD are committed to providing our employees and clients the safest working conditions possible, ensuring that when the project is complete, the field staff goes home as healthy as when they arrived. 

MWD believes that all accidents are preventable and have developed a Health and Safety Program that includes, extensive safety training, Activity Hazards Analysis (AHA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), weekly safety meetings, daily tailgate briefings, and a behavioral based safety program that trains each employee to Access, Analyze, and Act on any potential hazard impacting safety.  Through this concerted effort, we can achieve a zero accident goal on each and every project.
